2. In short
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads no content from third parties. Fonts are served from our own server. We only process personal data where it is needed to run the website or to answer your message.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer and browser type, to deliver the website and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare (Art. 28 GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the USA (Art. 45 GDPR). We do not keep server log files ourselves.
4. Contact by email
If you email us, for example to pitch your company, we process your details and any documents you send in order to review and answer your message (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete this data once it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless we are legally required to keep it.
5. Links to LinkedIn and X
This website contains plain links to our profiles on LinkedIn and X. No plugins are embedded. Data is only sent to these providers if you click a link, and their privacy policies then apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). A short email is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
